Pollo con Salsa de Aguacate: A mesquite grilled chicken breast topped with a salsa made with avocadoes, cilantro, cream, mushrooms and Serrano peppers.

Tacos de Chuleta:
A mesquite grilled boneless pork chop, marinated with guajillo chile peppers and orange juice. Served in soft corn tortillas and topped with pineapple pico de gallo.

Carne Asada al Cafe:
A mesquite grilled steak breaded with a crushed coffee crust. Topped with a guajillo chile pepper sauce.

Tacos de Carnitas: CINCO DE MAYO!!
A handmade corn tortilla filled with slow roasted pork and topped with a pear-tomatillo pico de gallo.

Enchiladas con Salsa de Naranja:
An enchilada filled with mesquite grilled chicken and topped with a salsa made of oranges, chile de arbol, tomatoes, triple sec and cream. Topped with Mexican cheese.

Pollo en Mole Verde:
A mesquite grilled chicken breast topped with a green mole sauce made with tomatillos, pumpkin seeds and serrano and poblano peppers.

Bistek a la Milanesa:
A pan fried steak that is breaded and topped with a sauce made with mushrooms and onions.
June 1-7
Chile Relleno de Pollo:
A Poblano pepper stuffed with chicken breast, red and yellow peppers and onions.
June 8-14
Costillas a la Vodka:
Mesquite grilled ribs that have been marinated in a sauce which includes: vodka, tapatio, honey and chile de arbol.
June 15-21
Enchiladas de Platano:
An enchilada,that the tortilla has been made from plantain bananas and filled with mesquite grilled chicken breast and topped with a chile Nuevo Mexico salsa.
June 22-28
Pollo con Salsa de Frambuesa:
Mesquite grilled chicken breast topped with a raspberry-chipotle salsa.
